Colleen joined Selkirk in August of 2022 as VP Program Management and took over as CEO in May 2024. She has senior leadership experience from a wide range of roles in manufacturing and R&D including her most recent role as Head of Biopharmaceutical Project Management at AstraZeneca in Maryland, along with leadership roles at Baxter Biopharma Solutions and Eli Lilly and Company. With over 30 years of experience in the biopharma industry, Colleen brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational change management and portfolio management. She also brings direct Manufacturing Leadership experience in both the drug product and drug substance space. Colleen has her Master of Science degree in Project Management (MSPM) from The George Washington University School of Business, her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics from Carnegie Mellon University
Lonnie brings over 27 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, CROs and CDMOs spanning large & small molecule R&D through commercialization. He has worked in Toxicology, Phase I-IV Clinical Trials, Drug Product, Drug Substance, and Sterile Fill/Finish. Lonnie started his career at SmithKline Beecham in the Sales and Marketing arenas, then worked at Collagen Corp, Northview Pacific Labs, ICON, AAIPharma, WellSpring Pharma, Bora Pharma, and Abzena. Lonnie has his Bachelor of Science in Biologic Science with a focus in Toxicology and a Master’s in Science and Engineering Management (MBA) both from the University of California, Davis. He has also taught Sales and Marketing classes to undergraduate and graduate students at California State University, East Bay.
Zach brings over 16 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. He began his career in clinical trial manufacturing, focusing on all aspects of compounding, and sterile vial filling, as well as lyophilization. He then moved to Quality Assurance Oversight, ensuring product quality for commercial filling lines, Allergy filling lines and site readiness for audits. He worked in Technical Services, developing Electronic Batch Records and process improvements. Currently, as the Head of Manufacturing, Zach oversees production and supply chain operations. He is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
Tony brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, technical transfer, quality operations, development, and management of pharmaceutical quality systems (PQS), organizational leadership and growth, and regulatory compliance. He has worked for StrideBio, KBI Biopharma, Tolmar, Bristol Myers Squibb and Lonza Biologics. Tony has extensive experience in managing PAI inspections, securing global regulatory approvals, supporting filings, and performing regulatory remediation activities. Tony has his Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Healthcare Management. In addition, Tony has his Master’s in science with an emphasis on Strategic Leadership & Management from Western Governor’s University.
Andrea joined Selkirk in July of 2021. She has over 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience in several industries including manufacturing, high-tech, and service-based organizations. Throughout her career she has focused on researching and developing new business strategies, project management, creating policies based on new legislation, employee relations, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution and benefits administration. Andrea has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Washington State University and holds a PHR and SHRM-CP certification.
Amanda has over 20 years of industry experience in regulatory & quality. She has a distinguished track record in developing and executing high-quality regulatory submissions for APIs and finished products across a diverse range of dosage forms and therapeutic areas. Amanda’s expertise spans contract manufacturing, license ownership,and consulting roles for small and large global pharmaceutical companies, with a specialization in sterile injectable technical transfers. At Selkirk, Amanda has been instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive regulatory strategy, while overseeing implementation of phase-appropriate quality systems, ensuring EU Annex 1 compliance and inspection readiness. Amanda is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC-Drugs) and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gonzaga University.
